good location 10 min to walk to the convention center. you can take the bus (5) from the airport - its a very short walk to the Hotel. The bus stop to go back is just aground the corner.

The kitchenette, the bed was nice

No service to the room, the only thing that was done was the trash emptied, No pool, no place to eat, was not told when booked this was a time share.

I loved that the rooms were almost like apartments in their layout.

I did not like that some of the security staff were lazy and seemed put out just to open the door for guests.

I loved the location of the hotel on the river. It was easy to get to all the desitnations we wanted to see.

I did not like the fact that we reserved a King Suite but got a queen bed. The wash/dry unit was not explained to us. I left with wet clothes in my suitcase because the unit does not dry. After indicating that I reserved a king bed, was told there are mostly queens, not option to rectify. We reserved a room for another couple on our trip and they were told they would need to change rooms after 2 nites because their week is friday to friday. No sense at all, what a hastle.

The only thing I enjoyed was the bed. It is a very comfortable bed

The entrance is right on the street. It is just a dirt way that you barely noticed made you feel like it was on a back alley. No entrance to the river. No maid service x pet with a charge. No towel service you had to park down the street with a charge. No pool We did not enjoy this hotel at all. There was nothing enjoyable for the vacation at this hotel
