Boutique hotel, downtown, close to most things we wanted to see. Amenities were good, very clean facilities. Overall, I enjoyed the stay for 3 days

The letsbookhotel.com site, thru the hotel, assured me I'd have a Riverwalk View....... None. Although I probably should've known, it wasn't disclosed that parking, valet, was $30 per day, therefore I felt cheated on both accounts.

The stay was great and all the staff was super friendly...but what I liked most was you could opt out of valet parking and park yourself for about 1/3 the cost. The self serve parking garage was only a block away and super easy to access. Just make sure you have cash or check. My total cost for 3 nights/4 days was only $27 vs. $29 per night for valet. And the parking attendants weren't pushy and actually gave me the idea of parking at the local garage. (Hope this doesn't get them in trouble) Because they are unlike most hotels where they turn you off by insisting you park with them-- just adds extra stress and expense. Definitely will go back if not for this reason alone!!! But also because location was great and it was just off the main part of the river where all the bars and restaurants are, but still on the river. It was more relaxing and not so noisy.

The hotel is beautiful and had all the amenities we needed.

No fan in the bathroom. Service at "Citrus" was very slow. Parking is valet only and adds another $29 per day to the cost of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Israel was extremely customer service oriented and nice.

I wish it were a little bit more affordable, as we would have stayed a few extra days if it were. But, it was an excellent hotel and we have no regrets staying there.

The decor and design was amazing. The fountain, lighting and wood finishing and original artwork - liked it so much! Right next to and looking over the Riverwalk, which is unbelievable.

we loved everything about our stay. the service couldn't have been better or more care free. and one night we had a Hamburger in our room and as I pride my self on being very picky about a good hamburger this was the best Hamburger I had ever had anywhere, and I have tried them all.

The hotel staff was very friendly, professional and courteous throughout our stay. The hotel is located on the Riverwalk and very convenient. My wife and I were very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. We rate this hotel as excellent and definitely would choose to stay there again on our next visit.

Had a handicap room but as for as the shower went it didn't. It isn't equipped for handicap wheelchair. Too dangerous for anyone to try to get into a tub if they can't motivate their leg's and have 1 arm.

The screwed up our reservation and tried to blame it on letsbookhotel.com! They eventually admitted they made the mistake and not booking. They sorted everything out in the end though.

Love the ambience of the place. We are from Austin and really enjoy the venue Majestic Theatre to see shows. It is a perfect location to walk to show, and the service, work out facility, and ambience is perfect for us....

They charged my guest card after I had arranged to use my card. Manager promised extras for the trouble and it was not delivered.

Our "city view" was the building across the street. No clock in room. 21% gratuity for minibar is ludicrous. $39.00 a day for parking is excessive. The queen beds appeared to us to be full sized.

Rooms were very dark. Few light fixtures and one had bulb burned out for 3 days. Sink drained poorly. No pool - not made very clear on web site. Parking 29.00 a night and really no other option.

The staff was very friendly and the location is wonderful.

Our room was very hot the first night and while they sent a repair man early the next morning, he was not able to fix the problem. We were moved to another room which was much cooler for the next night. Park your car in the public parking around the corner because it will take forever for the valet to bring it. Once again the valet was very nice, but because of the very narrow streets and red light just down from the hotel, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get your car.

It's the most romantic hotel in San Antonio

Wasn't given a second key for my wife...the room phone didn't work when I was in a brace for a broken leg... And our water was shut off for four hours

Cheap towels TV not working properly Overnight parking fee applied per night outrageous. At the rate per night parking should be included not another profit center. The front of the hotel looks like a banger reunion everyone smoking and talking of the previous nights conquest and drinking ability. Come on a time and place ok! In my opinion, as a boutique luxury hotel, you have missed the mark. Very disappointed in the Valencia.

The rooms were comfortable and designed well

The checkin was disorganized and we started checkin at 4:00, didn't get our keys until almost 7:00pm. They told us a certain time for the keys and never delivered them. We had to wait to start our weekend-which was only a three night stay...very disappointed in the service.

The hotel was dark and oppressive. It felt like we were entering a prison when coming in from the street. The room had no comfortable chair and the air was always stuffy. The bathroom had no ventillation what-so-ever. The dining room was so dark it was depressing.
