The staff was excellent...great attitude as soon as I walked in...great customer service...room was very clean...housekeepers were very friendly...food was great in the mornings and they even served breakfast longer due to a lot of people eating...this hotel will definitely be my choice from now on! Thank you staff for your wonderful service!. Very Comfortable. The free breakfast was good and, the pool and pool area was clean with fresh towels available.
all reviews » We always stay at Comfort Inn and have since 1999! We love our second home outside of our home! Thank you. Nice large bedroom with fridge, micro and coffee making facilities. The gymn and location were great. great value and the beds were supprisingly super comfy, the staff was verry friendly and helpfull. Excellent and friendly customer support in all aspects. Friendly staff Marc at front desk was awesome. Im gay nd they were nice to me nd my wife. Room was large and a had a good breakfast. near by St. Mary's university. everything. Staff was very nice when I told them about our room. Chose to stay in it since we were there for graduations and parties and had no time to move!. The hotel location was next to markets and food outlets. A bit away from the attractions. The breakfast was hot and great. Location. I liked that it was right off IH 10. Pool was heated. Pool was small but was still nice since it was indoors, my husband said it was humid in the room but I was fine... I had a room on the back of the building on the ground floor facing a kitchen with lights on all night long. There were only nets on the window and no heavy black out drapes. the hotel was kida dated, could use a makeover, but was overall a great place, ,i will deffinately stay there on my next trip. Floor had Easter candy eggs that had not been vacuumed and my 2 yr old found behind curtains. Pillows were horrible. n/a. would like pool access 24/7. Walked in...lamp on night stand, did not work, lamp shade broken! Floor lamp, socket bulb is in, hanging with bulb in it! Electric outlet by night stand, only 1 worked and the whole thing was coming off the wall! Had to move desk lamp over to night stand in order to see! Could not watch tv at night, all stations were in Spanish! No hot water to take showers!! Room had plastic cups, pen, on floor!. Could be cleaner and pool can have some more modifications. Breakfast is really bad. The room never got cleaned. Didnt get vacuumed and the bathroom didnt even get touched. The sheets and towels were stained. Sheets were not changed. I didn't have a shower curtain? The microwave didn't work. I was woken up to people running. I found an empty bottle of water in my room THAT WAS NOT MINE. I'm pretty easy to please...but wow. I was shocked at how poorly their housekeeping was. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned twice. Whoever cleaned the room left hair everywhere in the bathroom. Old and run down Overcrowded Pool was extremely small Breakfast was awful Rooms were dirty Elevator was really small and dirty Price was way too high for the facility Room was not ready on time Did not get the room we requested from letsbookhotel.com Had to pay more than what we agreed upon.
