I love that the Rooms were Clean!! The Staff was excellent! Didn't even spot any dust!!! The manager was even friendly!! Jena was Great! Started out with a problem with the remote, Jena got right on the problem! We had a new remote within 5 minutes.The Breakfast was excellent!!! The food was hot and fresh. Older hotel but really clean!!! Didn't have to worry about noise. Comfortable beds, I had a really good sleep!.
all reviews » After traveling from Arizona to San Antonio in our way to Alabama, this is the best inn that we found. Non only was almost luxury for the price, but the staff was superior. We were surprise pleased and I recommend this place to all my friends and family.The breakfast was superb. We were there for our daughters AF grad. The staff was very helpful and considerate. The breakfast was great. I would def stay there again and I strongly recommend it to anyone going to Lackland graduation!!! The price was great too!. The rooms were clean. The breakfast tasted good was hot and well-stocked every morning. There was plenty of parking and the parking lot was well lit. It was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The staff was very nice. We came down to Lackland AFB for my nephews graduation. I was very happy with the location, cleanliness, and the very friendly staff, especially Juan. Breakfast was good, too. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. Our children really enjoyed the fresh baked cookies and drinks that were provided in the lobby. Breakfast was wonderful too. Our son graduated at Lackland and Bestwestern was five mins to the base. the price was great and the hotel was very clean. Excellent place to stay for the price. I liked the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. Breakfast every morning was great though same thing was served. Had no problem with that. Great food. I thought the staff and rooms were great! The breakfast bar was also an added bonus. I, we, enjoyed our stay and will book again if we're in the area. Location to sea world . Room for 3 people, breakfast included . Clean, soft towels. Complimentary tea coffee juice and cookies in reception. The hotel is good place to stay in with spacious rooms , and the front desk is really nice and helpful, I would definitely stay here again. The bathroom seperate from vanity area, the breakfast was fabulous....a little crowded but overall ok, rooms were clean, smelled fresh. Location is close to areas we wanted to visit. Air conditioner worked wonderfully, and breakfast buffet had good variety of food. The breakfast was good, wish you had more varieties of fruits. But over all, we were happy with what was served daily. Room was very nice/clean. Breakfast was great. Good value for the money...will come again when visiting San Antonio. The convenience to Lackland Air Force Base and the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Also, very helpful staff. Staff was helpful and friendly. Was minutes from Lackland AFB, which was where we were going for BMT graduation. Jack greeted me when I came in, he was very professional but friendly. He is a natural with customer service. Nice pool area in atrium. Well lit hallways and parking area. Cleaning staff was very nice and accomodating. Very comfortable beds. Good location and price for graduations at Lackland AFB. I liked how the pool are was rite outside our door and not visible from the road for all to see. Clean rooms, full breakfast would make me come back, staff was helpful and nice. After getting my reservation wrong the staff was really helpful in getting me the room I requested. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing with the stay. I just don't like the traffic!. Bit busy at breakfast time, not enough tables. Refrigerator was cool at best, not cold. Had a hard time finding ice machines. Hair dryer in the room needs to be replaced, stops working when it gets too hot...which kind of defeats the purpose of using a blow dryer to dry your hair. Only one ice machine. Some guests stayed so late at the swimming pool and no one was monitoring how late they can use it. The noise was very annoying especially if one is trying to get some zzzzzzs!. liked all. The pool was beautiful but didn't seem very clean. I booked a queen room and was given a standard room. I didn't notice the bed till later and was to tired to ask for a change. It was seem like a small annoyance but a major one to a consumer. So - so front desk service. Had no negatives. nothing. A little more variety for breakfast would have been nicer. The same every morning for 5 nights was a little tiring. We had trouble with the ac, called the desk and asked to have it looked at, the next night the ac dripped water all over the floor and had to place a towel in the floor to catch it. Unsure if it was ever looked at. The floor was damp when we arrived. Eggs at breakfast were nasty. The sausage and gravy was cold. Yogurt was frozen as well as the creamers. Temperatures dropped into the 30s while there and the heat in our room did not work. A bit more noisy then the normal being so close to freeways. Full breakfast misleading. Display showed options but food same every day. Needs some updating. n/a. hotel could not accommodate to my previous requests which they confirmed they received... I was told when I arrived that they would not give me my Best Western points because I had booked the two rooms 142 and 146 through Bookings .com. Dirty swimming pool. Bathroom door locked by wouldn't shut all the way. Evening staff seemed frustrated and wasn't very friendly. Our reservations were messed up when we arrived. The hairdryer in the room did not work. The room was not cleaned the whole time we were there and we stayed 6 days. The beds were very uncomfortable. Overpriced for the quality you receive. Sketchy activity going on at the hotel. The pool was a constant drinking party. Paint peeling off the bathroom walls. Spend a couple extra bucks elsewhere.. I think what I paid for is not what I expected. Had mosquito, room smell musky. Drain in shower was clogged, husband had fixed it was stuff with paper, etc. wouldn't stay there again.
