Great staff. Great location if your going to a Rays vs Yanks/Mets game. Across the street from trolley. Walking distance to Dali Museum.

Stucco ceiling and walls! Outdated decor. $10/day slow wi-fi.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. No-one assisted with my bags to the room. I had to go and find a waiter at breakfast to ask for coffee There was an issue with my card payment and instead of phoning me in the room or contacting me - they just locked me out of the room.

I specifically did not like the fact that I did not have any hot water for a shower for both of the days that I stayed there. Also they charged my credit card for about $300 more than they should have and I still can't get it back. I won't stay at one ever again.

It looks like a hotel stuck in the 80'S. Everything is older. Parking was $14/night???? To park 20 feet away on the street is free??? For the price, next time to St. Pete we will stay elsewhere.

The staff was congenial.

Not enough to choose from on the TV. No movie selection. Parking was abominable. Had to park in pay parking and walk to hotel. Was not satisfied with this hotel at all. Very disappointing.
