It was very clean. Loved the window seat. Continental breakfast was good. Close to city of Pittsburgh. Nice that it had a mini fridge/freezer. The Hotel in clean and quiet the location was good for when need to be at in Pittsburgh.We enjoyed our stay.Thank y'all Mr Dallas Hanson. It is close to airport and shopping center. I was there about 1am and there were no problems with registration.

Not much place to breakfast but it's OK. Terrible internet. Staff was not knowledgeable about area dining. The room was clean but the carpet in the room was not vacuumed very well. Overall, this really was not a factor to me. The room was a great value. This hotel a few years ago was spotless clean, but this time it looked very neglected. I didn't know what to expect since it was our first stay at Microtel Inn. It was small inside the rooms, as the name might suggest. However, it was fine for two persons and I would consider staying there again. Hotel lobby and entrance doors to hotel were very dirty. Not pleasing when exiting the hotel. Lots of noise from the room above us. Staff not friendly, lack of space in breakfast area. I asked for a non-smoking room, but it was very evident, as soon as I walked into the room, that someone had smoked in it. I immediately complained to the front desk and was told that it wasn't possible. As a life long no smoker I smell cigarette smoke right away. The temperature of the room was hard to control. Other than that, the room was as expected for the price. Cold coffee and limited breakfast choices. The big wall mirror behind the bed was creepy. Room was small and bed uncomfortable (for us). The staff wasn't very friendly and not too helpful. Food truck in parking lot,engine running for a long strecth of time,,Food wasn't adequate in the morning..Staff not knowledgeable about events in town. The mattress was very poor. The pillows were to flat. I did not sleep well. Breakfast. I have stayed here before, the location is good for early airport flights, the staff is short and to the point and speak "iffy" english, listen close. Issues with air conditioning. motel was dirty. The room smelled unpleasant. Bare bones as far emeneties. The morning desk clerk could have been a bit less "important". Rooms need to have big time do-overs...the rooms were not very clean, lots of different stains going on and a few bugs seen....hubby didnt let me in on this till we were home. This was a second visit to this microtel andbelieve it will be our last. the hall stunk pretty bad, the room wasn't as clean as it should have been, and the continental breakfast should have been called "stale bagels" I don't think. The hotel room was dirty. The microwave, refrig, and television has streaks of filth. The carpet needs cleaning. The hallways and elevator were not very clean either. Not at all what one would expect of a Wyndham affiliated hotel. Need a better answering service; called hotel directly for two hours with no answer and looped answering machine that went nowhere. Had to end up calling the 800 number just to make a request for late check in. The room was a non smoking but smelled so bad of something.... drove my allergies crazy. The pillows were like they ran them thru a shredder and stuff them in a stained pillowcase. Desk clerks were inept, stupid, and rude. A very bad combination. These people claim to have never heard of letsbookhotel.com. Bathtub was dirty! Roll of toilet paper had been wet and soiled!. The staff were terrible. We waited an extra hour to get into our room. When we asked for extra towels we were told to go downstairs and get them ourselves. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. They did not clean our room between the 2 nights. Food in breakfast bar was not refilled as supplies went down. Fruit was not fresh. First non-smoking room they gave us smelled of smoke. common areas & room looked & smelled dirty. "breakfast" was a dirty joke. would not return or recommend. -asked for bedding for my sleeper sofa and was told they did not have any blankets. went to front desk and told them I didn't even have any sheets for the sleeper sofa. had to call the manager to get the bedding -breakfast area was not clean -room for 4 people only had linens and towels for 2 people. Room was rundown, not cleaned well, staff did the minimum and were not friendly at all. The room was filthy, the food was not ready on time in the morning, the check- in was horrible. The room was not cleaned after the first day. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. The wallpaper was peeling. The toilet was not clean. The whole hotel smelled. The couch was stained. There were hairs all over the bathroom, including on the towels. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. I could go on and on.
