  Everything, it was clean and looked freshly painted! Info about Asheville that was located in the room was wonderful, very useful and we visited one of the restaurants described and it was amazing.   I like that pets are no charge,and the help were all animal lovers too. I also saw the manager walking the grounds and personaly checking the rooms to make sure all was done to order. All around great place. - Everyone was very, very nice. Room was clean, which is always good.   Breakfast was good. Housekeeping supervisor was courteous and willing to please, she went out of her way to ensure that needs were met. Front desk person was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. - Free upgrade to jacuzzi room because they didn't have the reservation.   Location was unbeatable to Biltmore estate - close by I-40 or the back roads, clean, quiet, shower was wonderful, with toiletries, the beds were great - down comforters, staff very helpful, near several antique stores, great price, 42 in flat screen, you can not fail to locate the motel when you exit. - A staff that went above what they had to do... what people say » to respond to my request(s). Also, I watched the courteous and professional response of a young desk clerk as she responded to another couple's complaint about absolutely harmless Japanese beetles in their room.
