The rooms and common areas were VERY clean and inviting. Our room had a kitchenette and was L shaped with the bed facing a large window overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back! -

hotel and its surroundings provided a beautifully serene atmosphere. The
staff was very helpful with recommendations and even helped us book an

The staff was fantastic. Tory was especially helpful, from picking us up
at the ferry, to restaurant suggestions, to giving us directions to a
state park within biking distance manageble by 2 kids that had grills
for a cookout. The spa for the adults was excellent and the kids loved
the pool. Even though we stayed during high season, the rooms were very
quiet inside. Definite thumbs up.

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great location
if you don't want to be right downtown, but only a couple minutes
away. The rooms are lovely and roomy. The staff is very friendly.
It's a very good value for Chelan. We had a little confusion with
our reservation and the front desk agent ended up upgrading us to a
wonderful sunset suite.
