  The staff were great! After they couldn't find our letsbookhotel.com booking in their system they were kind enough to give us an upgrade for the delay in our check-in. The room was clean & comfortable & the breakfast was nice. A bit of a distance from the popular tourist areas, however only about a 10 minute cab ride to the 6th Street area, and about 5 minutes away from South Congress.

  Kids loved the pool. We liked the location of the hotel to everything within a 3 mile radius. The hotel had golf carts take us to Cowboy Stadium which was really nice. - Wonderful place and great staff. Very clean and well worth the price. Will stay again on next trip.

  First of all I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Corinne Koerner from letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team. I had booked Hotel Lawrence in Dallas for 4 nights via letsbookhotel.com site starting from November 16 (it was a business trip for a scientific congress). However, my flight from Europe was delayed so that I had no possibilit... what people say » y to arrive on November 16. I contacted the letsbookhotel.com Customer Service Team directly from the airport and Corinne Koerner promised me to call - We were able to make reservations on-line, when our shower didn't drain fast enough, the staff was very good about correcting the problem so that we could stay in our corner room. My daughter loved the milk and cookies and the weather cooperated, so that we were not inconvienced to be at a separate building from our conference. Location to the west end was convenient and desk staff, housekeeping and the man that fixed our drain were are very accomodating.
