  This hotel is as good or better than any of the larger chains such as -Days Inn, Super 8, Holiday Inn Express, La Quinta etc, which I stayed in during a 3 week trip around Texas, and it offered the best value of all. It is super clean, very comfortable and welcoming. My kitchenette room had all the facilities I needed, including full sized fridge ... what people say » and freezer, 2-ring halogen hob cooker, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from, and there was good free wif - We travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels. This one was one of the best. The room was extremely clean and did not smell like room freshener. The king, non-smoking, room was spacious. It included a kitchenette. We were pleased with our 2 day stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel sits back from the road and may be overlooked. If you like clean, spacious, quiet rooms, very reasonably priced,stay here.

  I liked the convenience of the hotel and its proximity to the Austin airport. I had an early flight and the hotel staff ensured that the shuttle was on time. I also appreciated that the breakfast buffet was available even for those who were leaving on the 5:00 am shuttle. Comfortable beds, quiet area. If you have a car you can reach downtown Austin within 10 minutes. Tried the local bus once, but it took almost one hour.

It might not be called a 'bed and breakfast' but the breakfasts were fit for kings.   I got in very late from Weatherford, tx the first night and when I got back to the Baymont on the 18th I checked in for my departing flight on the 19th at & while doing so left my gps at the computer station. The rooms were pretty clean and the location was great. It's located right near Harry Hines and close to downtown. Very comfy bed...slept like a baby.   The staff members at the Athens Hotel Suites were WONDERFULLY NICE and accommodating! Folks like JOHN and BRIAN were amazingly helpful with my continued questions. We were comfortable, and the place was extremely quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again. It is very close to the convention center, and we were able to walk there and b... what people say » ack each day in safety and comfort. - The room was fairly small, but nice. The hotel was comfortable and secure and was very close to the Toyota Center and Convention Center. It was within walking distance of several nice restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice value for the money, considering the prime location. If you are tired of the big convention hotels, this is a nice, quiet alternative.

  Good Value. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and included eggs, bacon, juice and rolls, plus cold cereal. Free DVDs available in the office, but hard to see what is available because they are located well behind the counter. - I liked the location.
