The staff responded with professionalism, and a stated repair
commitment, when I pointed out some minor defects in room #204:
1) The safety latch (both sides) on the door was rattling loose, screws backed out. This situation does NOT inspire confidence.
2) One leg of the table was wobbly loose. Again... leaving a bad impression, or worse.
3) The ... what people say » arms of one of the chairs did not clear the bottom of the lower rim of the table, making it almost impossible to slide the chair in and out, under the -
Joseph at the front desk is an awesome asset to Exec Inn's bottom line guest services. The smaller property lends itself well to the quiet residential neighborhood next door. Clean rooms that could compare to any of the higher budgeted and newly built hotels in the area.
