  I had a reservation at Red Roof Inn which they did not honor. The Red Roof staff was most unhelpful. letsbookhotel.com found us a room at Days Inn. We were very tired and aggravated. The receptionist match the price of Red Roof and was very hospitable and empathetic to the situation. - Hotel rooms were clean, had a new Flay-screen TV, new Room Ai... what people say » r Conditioner, updated Bathroom facilities (no Exhaust fan), new Fridge and Microwave, clean and well made-up beds, and courtious Front Desk employees. The Continental Breakfast was good.(not too shabby).

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nicely presented, very plentiful and very tasty. But the amenity that was the most helpful was the free shuttle from the hotel to local destinations.   Chris at the Concierge area is the best hotel concierge I have ever dealt with in 20+ years of extensive travelling around the world. This guy has it down, energy, smile, dedication, fast accurate answers, and frankly was the reason I stayed at this hotel (after a phone call interacting with him). Well done. - The room with a view of the river. My wife was able to get some serious and deserved rest. The independence seaport myseum. To walk down the waterfront and enjoy the sights and sounds. Loved the romantic dinner on the mishulu which my wife totally enjoyed. The staff was very respectful and professional.

  The hotel is beautiful, the lobby dome used to be a bank in 1900. Breakfast staff was excellent! We got a good rate with breakfast included with booking. Great location. - downtown location is great. Close to shopping, theaters, historical district and transportation. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.

  It was the perfect location to Dutch Wonderland, The Strasburg Railroad, The Dutch country and outlets. It had a great Continental Breakfast, nice pool area and was clean. It also had a nice picnic area to eat with a nice view away om all the traffic. The staff was wondeful. My young son had gotten sick duing the night and when I told them the nex... what people say » t morning that that they may want to pay extra attention to the beds because of this they were very nice about it and concerned for my son. - Breakfast was very good, although it would be nice if they changed it up a bit. Nice big area for breakfast. Room was extremely clean and felt safe. Area was superb for shopping and other Lancaster things to do. Employees were friendly although they didn't speak very good English.

  very nice facility. my first visit and i really didn't spend much time there. would most definitely recommend to friends. - Very clean and comfortable. We never left the room - flying out the next day. Room service very punctual. Good food.

  Friendly reception Breakfast was OK Clean and spacious room Stayed only for one night (were passing through) but wouldn't have minded to stay longer Great value for money - All staff where pleasant and helpful.   Super clean and comfortable room. Staff was awesome and friendly. Everything is still new, but no weird smells. We would definitely stay again and maybe bring our own breakfast / food along, as the kitchen in the room was awesome. - Ease of booking; Easy to adjust booking; Location/Cleanliness/Privacy/Food were all top notch
