Very clean. I was expecting a smaller room for my price, but I was surprised by the comfortness. Breakfast was excelent. Hot omelet and all the basics. Hotel looks new if it is not new, is well mantained.

Stanton street was a Great location with lots of reasonably priced eateries nearby. I have stayed in central manhattan in the past and by comparison I think the lower east side had more soul and we felt more at home and that we were locals for the couple of weeks that we stayed there. For a so called 2 star place it suited my friend and I to a tee. It was quiet, warm, comfortable and a short drive to breakfast, the slopes and to excellent restaraunts. I would certainly stay there again when we come to ski at Whiteface Mt.

Two room suite was plenty for three. Good clean room for a one night stay. Breakfast was good. Although a little less qualify, this was the best value Marriott affiliated hotel used during this trip. The Rockefeller Government Center is very near.
