This hotel is almost so perfect, so it becomes in fact boring. How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.

Large rooms with kitchenette make travelling comfortable. The little on site shop was especially useful and we would not hesitate to use this Hotel when next in the area. -

I thought the hotel was excellent. I have visited New York many times on business but this time I was travelling with my wife and teenage children who had not visited New York before. From the moment we entered the kimberly hotel in new york we were greeted with smiles from the receptionist. Our plane arrived in early so we knew check in was at around 3 o clock. So we were prepared to drop our bags and head off to check out the sights but to our surprise the room was ready for us when we got there which was fantastic. Really from there on the staff were great they even sent me up a birthday cake for my birthday:-)
The hotel was beautiful the bed was amazing so cosy and soft.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the The Giacomo over the July 4th holiday weekend! The staff and residents of the hotel were all very friendly.We arrived early for check-in and our luggage and car was promptly taken care of until our room was ready. We were given a great recommendation for lunch at a local cafe, Murphy's on Third which was within walking distance.

We stayed in a 1Bedroom Apartment for overnight. The place was well maintained and clean and surroundings peaceful. There were good number of restaurants which were quite close to the hotel. We wish we could have stayed there for more time to enjoy the hotel. -

proximity to the subway (one stop only from Grand Central !) and from
