Very nice flat at Times Square which provides the possibility to experience life in NYC much more than a "normal" hotel room. Staff we're amazing. We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in.
The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. Shame it wasn't the weather to use the pool :-(

Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive.
$265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The Staff, friendly, efficient and always will to accommodate.
Eddie the lovely woman that looks after you for breakfast does a wonderful job. Food was always hot and plentiful. She starts your day off the right way.

I stayed here while on a golf trip with some friends, and I am pretty convinced I could not find anything better for a very budget-friendly stay. Certainly, I booked the room well in advance because I perfectly knew that the room price would soar because of the PGA Championship that was to be hosted at the nearby Oak Hill Country Club (main reason for which we came to Rochester). Excellent location, close to the Market Place Mall, public golf courses and good dining places

This is a lovely small hotel at a very convenient and perfectly safe location. It really is at the center - so I walked most of the sightseeing attractions nearby. The staff is very friendly, organized and always available. I stayed in a room with shared bathroom and the bathroom was always free and clean when I wanted to use it. My bed was big enough and very comfortable and there was a sink in the room so I could wash my face and teeth without needing to go to the bathroom. My room was cleane
