Fantastic, safe location just a few short minutes by foot to Times Square and in the centre of Restaurant Row - in-house restaurant was great too and we had a few meals there - including room service. Breakfasts were taken in the mezzanine conservatory and were delicious, with a wide choice of food and drink - the bagels and muffins were great.

The staff were fantastic to deal with, extremely friendly and helpful. Did not request an early check in but arrived following overnight flight and were accommodated immediately. Very good location. The bus stop was in front of the hotel and it was easy to drive by bus to the centre of New York City. We had a nice room with kitchen and airconditioning. Children liked about the pool. We liked to sit outside the hotel in a garden. Many restaurants very close to the hotel and some shops, too.

I will always book at the Chelsea Inn whenever I travel to NYC. The location is central to Union Square Station, and only one block over from 5th Avenue. paid. Had the experience with many other hotels before in the city,
none of those are even slightly comparable with the Brooklyn Midwood
