The staff were ALL extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very large and extremely nice. The shower was amazing and had great water pressure. The bed was deliciously comfortable. Even though our room overlooked Madison Avenue, it was very quiet. In short, it was wonderful!!

The hotel is modern and spacious with large, comfortable, clean rooms. The suites are great with children- the pull-out couch is excellent quality and is a king-size bed. We loved everything about this hotel. There was always a doorman to open
the door, and friendly staff at the desk to welcome us every time we

First of all an excellent view to Manhattan. Short walk to the Path-train, taking you to Manhattan. The travel distance was short, and it was actually relaxing coming back to Jersey City in the evening after a crowded and hectic day in NYC.
The flat (one bedroom) was large enough for the four of us (two girls 12 & 16) and the beds in the livingroom were comfortable. No complaints! Also a nice mall in Newport for quiet shopping. We spent 10 days, but for a shorter weekend and only two adults

The amenities is perfect with a washing machine and a dryer.

We had a splendid time here. Overlooking lower Manhattan, and with easy access via PATH to both WTC and Penn Station, plus a ferry to 38th Street, Jersey City is a welcome oasis away from the bustle of Manhattan.
