  I liked the different varieties of the free breakfast. I liked the quietness, didn't hear any of the neighbors. The staff was very friendly and willing to accommodate for any of our troubles.   The hotel attendant was very insisted we have a perfect room for our stay, a half of pot of coffee was left in the pot and the room was not thoroughly cleaned, but Trisha found us another room and helped us move our belongings - Nice room and amenities.

  We liked the convenience of location. My husband was a patient at Mayo and we were able to commute everyday to appointments. They offer a free shuttle to the clinic. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay again if needed. It was close to dining services. We needed an extra night and they were very accommodating to this need.
