Friendly staff, helpful staff. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

We switch to this property when the Crossings in Perham did not have our last stay there booked for the correct number of nights. We had stayed there several times. I liked the location. There were restaurants near by. I never use a pool and was glad I didn't have the extra expense for something I don't use. I don't usually ever sleep well but slept very good on their bed. I think mine is do for a change. I was very satisfied with everything and will be staying there again. -
