Mall of America couldn't be better.

Staff was GREAT, Friendly and very helpful. Upon leaving the rear tires on my SUV were very low and I had a 6 hour drive home with 2 teens. Karen at the desk was understanding and was able to have Raleigh in Maintenance help me get them filled so I could get on the road! VERY much appreciated and we got home safely.

We had a large room with two queen beds. It was nice not to be squeezed for space. Large dining room with a nice breakfast selection. Staff was great, helpful and extra towels were not a problem which were soft and fluffy, by the way. We stay at the Guest House when we visit Mayo Clinic. I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

where we needed to go. there was a variety of places to eat in the hotel itself and within walking distance. the shuttle was a great asset to the area. The people were all very friendly and helpful.
