  The concierge, Larry went above & beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for my girlfriend's birthday. He selected flowers for me & had them waiting in the room when we arrived, he suggested a nearby steakhouse for dinner & arranged reservations, when we came back to the hotel later that night champagne & sweets along with a ... what people say » birthday card were in the room. The comforts of the room were fantastic, everything from the king size bed, the overhead shower & the provided rob - The beds are linens are wonderful, location is a good balance between airport , mall of America, and business destinations. Of course, the restaurant and pastries are out of sight. I stay here once or twice a year, and it has definitely been updated since my last visit.

  Rooms were great. Beds really comfortable. Very plush accommodations. Walking distance to the train - I enjoyed the upscale experience without staff being snooty.

  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ - The view Ns natural sleep sounds were amazing. An experience we will never forget.

  First I have to say it was probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at. It was very elegant.The person/persons who designed the floor plan for the entire facility of Crowne Plaza was very clever. The rooms were very quiet, beds very comfortable, staff was very friendly. The location of the Crowne Plaza was perfect. The grounds were amazing. The... what people say » decor is so beautiful and tastefully done. Extremely beautiful and comfortable place to stay. - Really Pet friendly and we appreciate that and will return. I used to attend mgmt mtgs there as the Scandicon with Norwest! Always loved the rooms, food and amenities.
