  Very convenient to downtown. Little thank. You'd for "loyalty". A small smoothie one night, a bottle of Fuji water the next. Meaningful. Stayed in a Hilton next night. I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular!   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attende... what people say » d with our request very promptly. - We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
