  Absolutely lovely view of Lake Superior from our room and Loved the wood fireplace so romantic. Restaurant on property was excellent! Wonderful service and view! We stayed in the studio unit and the sofa bed was quite comfortable. Lovely spot ~ - The view Ns natural sleep sounds were amazing. An experience we will never forget.

I left an item in the room after check out and the security staff had lost and found contact me right away. He told me they had found my item, but it was thought to be trash, and was thrown away by housekeeping so ended up in teh garbage.   Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.
