  I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being ... what people say » a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. Nicely appointed room and ammenities for the price. I have stayed at -5 to +5 hotels all over the world for the last 40 years. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

  The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted.   We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. In the morning I went to get my car and it was all dug out and cleaned off. I... what people say » wish I would have got his name. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks! - It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

  The lady at the front desk was so nice and so very efficient. She provided Hospitality at its best. She was on duty the morning I checked out. Wish I had her name. - Staff was excellent. Very helpful. Close to golf & Starbucks.
