Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

Bobbi does a fantastic job of catering to everyone's needs in the breakfast room and does so with great attitude!! The front desk staff went the extra mile to get us directions to various places downtown. They gave us a room on the first floor with a great shower that could be used by our mother. It was a clean room, staff was great. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries!   The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted.
