  The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  The staff was very helpful and courteous. Easy to engage in conversation. Nice comfy beds and clean. Any thing extra a person might need was provided. Would like to see grip bars in the bathtub and just overall freshening up.   Traffic wasn't too busy; close to MOA which is why we chose to stay here. Stayed one night--very comfortable. Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries! Plus extra kudos to the young lady who ran the breakfast bar--for as busy and crowded as that area was she kept everyon - The clerk at the desk when we got there was not helpful at all and almost rude. They hadn't received notice of our booking from letsbookhotel.com and I didn't have confirmation sheet with me. Clerk was not helpful at all and didn't seem to care about getting it straightened out.

  The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. - The staff was friendly. The facility was smoke free! Our stay was very comfortable.

  We were chatting with our shuttle driver about the snow they had got while we were away, and worrying about getting our car out. When we got back to the hotel, he drove through the lot and asked which car was ours. He said he was on all night and needed something to do. In the morning I went to get my car and it was all dug out and cleaned off. I... what people say » wish I would have got his name. The man behind the desk said it was 'Alex', so if this is him, I would like to give him many heartfelt thanks! - It was exactly what I wanted and expected for about 65$. We stayed one night and rode the shuttle to the airport. It's not the fanciest modern place but it certainly is perfect if u need a cheap and comfy place to crash for the night. The shuttles 24/7. Nice! A good thing if u have a crazy hour flight. Staff was efficient. Room was clean. A little outdated. But I could care less. Stay here its worth it.

  We got to the hotel two hours before check-in time. The front desk was very gracious and had us in our room in minutes without any fuss or annoyance at an early arrival. We were very grateful. - Close to meetings and entertainment for family.
