Staff was extremely accomodating in giving me the best rate they could. I was there to volunteer at Veterans facility in Sauk called Eagle's Nest so the lowest hotel price is very much appreciated. where we needed to go. there was a variety of places to eat in the hotel itself and within walking distance. the shuttle was a great asset to the area. The people were all very friendly and helpful.

I liked that the pool/hot tub was open unitl 11 PM, most hotels close their pools at like 9 PM. I really liked the layout of the suite rooms. It was roomy with a semi separate sitting/relaxing area. Of course, as most people who stay there we were attending the Mayo Clinic for health reasons. We most liked the ease of getting to the clinic, your helpful staff when we asked questions or needed extra supplies and the fact that there were short order restaurants when we needed a quick lunch.
