  I loved the fact that when booking the reservations online, I was asked if I had any special requests. I answered "chocolates and a smile on my pillow." When I arrived, there was a bottle of Hershey's Chocolate Syrup and a sticky notes with a smile drawn on it. Under my pillow, was a Hershey's chocolate bar with a note that said "Thanks for being ... what people say » a good sport". I loved it. It made my daughter and my nine hours drive worth it. Also, I liked the fact that the TV could not be turned up extremely - Nice breakfast with fresh waffles and sirup, oats and more. Chinese restaurant "Tea House" in front of the hotel (it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in twin cities), it's open until 9.30 pm. Quiet place, ideal to sleep well. Very friendly & helpful staff. Close to University (I was visiting University).

Reservation online wasn't received by hotel, but staff were still able to provide the same room and accommodations as indicated on online reservation email. This is the first time I was ever offered a nice snack (cookies) at check-in and, later, had the front desk staff call my room to ask if everything was okay. Wow! That is superior customer service!

Staff very accommondating--set us up to ride their shuttle van to and from MOA even though we signed out of our room; previous evening person ensured she communicated to next day staff regarding the van--no worries!   The staff was very friendly and very kind to a family with two boys ages 4 and 6. The room was neat and clean. It was a good room for what we wanted. We didn't want a pool or anything fancy, just a place to sleep for the night. - The staff was friendly. The facility was smoke free! Our stay was very comfortable.
