  Hyatt itself is a brand and always a promise of a good stay. The price is at the higher end, but the price here is much lower compared to other cities we have been, so we can't ask for more really. The staffs, the room, the bed, everything was perfect. We stayed for 4 nights, very comfortable, we liked it a lot. The staffs were helpful and attende... what people say » d with our request very promptly. - We liked that we were not disturbed by any other guests, as far as noise, we liked the colors and design of the room and the hotel. We like in the bathroom area there was a separate vanity that we could sit and put our make up on. Like the fact that after a certain hour you need your hotel key to use the elevators-security.

  Very convenient to downtown. Little thank. You'd for "loyalty". A small smoothie one night, a bottle of Fuji water the next. Meaningful. Stayed in a Hilton next night. No recognition despite Moe points - Very good location the peple very friendly and helpful very good menu room clean and comfortable .

  The reception team is great: Allison, Tatiana, Cindy and Kristin (sorry if I forgot someone) and also the Van Service driver are kind and gently 24 hours a day.   The rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable and the room was very clean. Extra towels, coffee and toileteries were delivered promptly. The lighter weight robes very nice. Happy hour at the Bank was reasonable the drinks and food were good. Staff very polite and accommodating? It is an amazing place, and one of the more stunning hotels I have been in. I love that it has been transformed from a bank into a luxurious hotel. Spectacular! The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

  I have my Bank's Christmas party there at Chapmans which is right by Century and I booked a room there every year because it is great to have time to get ready and not have to drive just walk right over to the party.
