  The location is great, having the Whalers village right next door was so convenient with lots of places to eat out. The beach was lovely, very clean and long enough to walk daily to keep the holiday kilo's down. We loved our unit, it was spacious and comfortable, it overlooked the village and had a great sea view. We would definitely recommend the Whaler on Kaanapali Beach. - Everything about this place is excellent except the pool which is far too small for the amount of guests there are. However as its right on the beach, the ocean and local sea turtles make up for it. The beach is spacious and not crowded. Room is modern, with everything you need. We loved out stay here.

  The villa is so exclusive. Amenities are within rich. There is a shuttle that pick you up from and to the villa if you don't feel like driving. The place is so comfortable. Although I must say that it's a bit confusing to find the villa if your a first timers since the property is huge.   The location is beautiful, the hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly and helpful. After arrival they sent us to occupied room, when we returned to front desk, they upgraded us and gave us a voucher for the restaurant. Rooms are big, clean, awesome view on the ocean (ocean view rooms of course).. Concierge service prepared for us very good progra... what people say » m with interesting activities. Would definitely come back and recommend.. - The property is gorgeous! The grounds are spectacular with 7 pools, access to the beach, shops close by, and a decent restaurant on site. The room was immaculate (I am very picky about cleanliness and use this term sparingly) and very comfortable. I paid rack rate for a one-night's stay, but feel it was worth the price. I wish my stay were longer!

  The location is beyond belief. The views are amazing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the entire hotel has a nice easy, non-pretentious vibe that fits authentic Hawaii. This isn't Las Vegas in the Islands and we love that it isn't. We were booked in another hotel next door, and cancelled just so we could stay at the Mahana as we started... what people say » there after coming over from Oahu on business. We love the beach, the access, and the incredible Lanai, Molokai, ocean view. - We loved the apartment that we were given as it was facing the ocean. The 2 bedroom unit fit our family of 7. We felt at home and the unit provided everything that we needed. We loved that Mahana had the Expedio desk with the helpful Susan Ramos who assisted us in planning our tours. The Mahana is just 5-7 mins walk to the supermarket which is a plus and is just near the shuttle bus stop.

  The staff were friendly, but busy. Anyone who made noise before 8am were reminded of the quiet rule. Everything was well-regulated, including the parking- you better park between the lines or else! That's okay, I have rental property and I thought that was great. - excellent place to stay. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Great Family/children... what people say » stay. Owner on top of what needed to be fixed the next day(the latch on the sliding door broke, he was there next day no problems).
