  We found and booked this motel simply on a hunch after reading the reviews. Let me tell you we were not dsappointed in the least! It was a long ride, so we called ahead to say we would be a late check in. The innkeeper, John was so appreciative of the call that I was immediately impressed. The room is spotless, clean, comfortable, afgordable, delightful, just awesome - The owners really care about their establishment and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It is a spotless motel much like the ones in the 60's and 70's. The rooms are spacious and all updated, have comfortable beds and furnishings. They offer free wifi for their guests. The free continental breakfast is a wonderful added amenity with warm muffins, fresh fruit and juice and coffee. You cannot go wrong if you want a peaceful, clean retreat in the Chatham/Eastham area of the Cape.

The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.

  That was our great experience in Cape Cod. Our room was very clean, they have grill area, pool that you can spend time with family there. It's so convenient to walk to the beach just in 6-8 minutes. Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge's staff are really nice, we forgot our stuff there and they don't mind shipping them for us.   When we arrived not only were we allowed to check in early but we were given an upgrade. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - Setting was quiet and grounds were very well kept. The room was simple but spotless. Looks like our room was completely redone recently.

Ray and Nina are the most gracious hosts. They were so warm and welcoming that we felt like family. They did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We all agreed that we would return here and recommend this most hospitable Inn.
