  The staff was extremely helpful. The hotel is just 2 blocks from the ferry port so if your stuck like we were in leaving the car on the main land you can walk leisurely. This hotel had us a wheelchair to use which saved our vacation since the ferry service is inadequate - The staff was welcoming. They could not do enough for you. The pool area is very nice and although we didn't order lunch, you can order lunch at the pool. The room was spacious for a family of four. It was nice to have breakfast available on site.
