  The staff was nice and helpful. It was convenient to stay in and comfortable. During the day I was out so stayed only at night. Reasonably priced. - The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice sized rooms. Located right off the interstate close to good restaurants. Very pet friendly.

  This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in for under $60. Very clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff. Pet friendly and the staff even took my pets info upon check in in case of emergency. Small pool, but clean & it served the purpose for my 10 yr old son. Rooms have mini fridge & microwave! Other hotels we stayed in on this t... what people say » rip only had full size beds. We were happy to have the extra room in queen size beds on our last night! - Very clean rooms and pretty, too. Plenty of outlets for our items that needed charged. Very friendly service, the lady at the check in was so nice and friendly. I love the colors of the room and the bright shower curtain. My daughter and I felt very safe during our stay. Breakfast was good and I appreciated having cups we could take with us.

  We only stayed one night at La Quinta in Florence, but it was an awesome time! We didn't have a lot of interaction with the other employees other than checking in and out but they were very pleasant. The room was fantastic and much, much more than I expected for the price. The hotel appearance was nice inside and out and I believe they are also pe... what people say » t friendly but I didn't notice until I saw a man walking his dog outside on the premises. Overall we were really impressed with this hotel. We will be - When we arrived we entered the room were surprised at the size of the room and how quiet it was. The first thing I tried to do was take a shower. The handle came off in my hand. When I called the front desk they were very apologetic and switched us to a new room within minutes.

  We were in town for the George Strait concert at Rupp Arena. The facility was just minutes away from the inn. We were able to drive right to the venue and right back with no traffic problems at all. The staff was very friendly and asked if we were in town for the concert and if we enjoyed it afterwards.   The staff was exceptional! We especially liked the bellman who helped us park our car with the car-top carrier in a special place so it fit in the garage. He gave us handwritten directions to a couple of places that made our trip extra special! He is a gem!! He worked the evening we got there, May 29th. One of the workers at the desk was so helpful getting me every thing I needed. She even brought me candy and a sympathy card. I cannot express how much that meant.
