  All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! The decor was fabulous and the whole apt was super clean.. we even had 2 bathrooms which was... what people say » great with the kids! The views were breathe taking with the floor to ceiling windows!! Will definitely be back! Thank you bridgestreet for the fanta - The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago. It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

  I received excellent service from the cleaning, dining and front desk staff. Each employee I met was kind and seemed to enjoy helping me. The room was cozy and when I arrived early tired from my flight I was allowed to check into my room early. I was also able to stow my bag in a secure room after checkout time. Great location just blocks to to the Amtrak and elevated train to Chicago. 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. Great restaurants nearby. They put breakfast out early so I could grab something before 7 am. The staff printed out my bill the night before as I was leaving early and told me where to put my room key in the morning.

  Travelling with 5 young children and 3 adults can be daunting at times, but ALL the staff from the doormsn to the dining room, front desk to managers were absolutely incredible.   Everything was very clean and comphy. I was visiting relatives. Was wondering if you had any rooms with two beds. Would love to stay again when down visiting but would have two grand kids. - the room was great.never had a dvd player anywhere else. most of all was the staff.i wouod let these people stay at my house. very nice,very helpfull.
