From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly,
helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was
help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right
direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful,

We went to watch the Chicago Bears play. The hotel was nice, walking
distance to Soldier Feild. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up
outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff,
and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I
compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was
cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

comfortable, clean, relaxing, the rooms were well decorated. I was very happy with our room. We wanted something affordable & close to the airport; this was both. Plus, we had a free shuttle to the airport as well. Another perk, restaurants on site. However, we didn't leave our room. Room service was superb! The food was great quality

Upon arrival,check in staff were extremely efficient and friendly.
Receiving an unexpected warm chocolate chip cookie was a nice thought.
Nothing was too much trouble and when I requested a late check out due
to an evening flight,it was honoured. Room was spacious and clean and
breakfast in the restaurant was a little pricey but worth it.

Liked everything.We had some how left behind my 2 yr.old grandsons
backpack with his toys he had brought.Didn't notice it was missing
til we arrived in Peducka.Ky.we searched everywhere and even asked at
the desk there if it had been turned in. Then I call Marion and asked
about it and they told me they had it behind the desk and would put a

the staff was beyond wonderful and courteous, very accommodating. This is a quiet clean pleasant hotel great freeway access. We explored Southern Illinois, visited family and found this hotel centrally located to everything. WE would certainly stay there again.

Outstanding stay. Check in was awesome with great assitance from Pedro.
Worked with us and got us a great upgrade with river view with only a
$14 fee. He was helpful and energetic. The room although small had
amenities not found in any other Chicago Hotels I have stayed in.

Everything! This place was a truly pleasant surprise. I booked the
smaller room, which was just perfect for 1 person. I loved the 2nd floor
club area, with tons of seating, office type space and a fantastic
espresso/cappuccino machine. Oddly, my favorite perk was the bottled
water available on each floor. Staff were incredibly helpful. I also
appreciated the automated check out process from machines in the lobby.
Will def. Stay here again, next time in Chicago.

We loved the décor, the atmosphere; the staff members were all awesome!
They gave quick easy-to-follow directions to all the places we needed to
be. The room itself was very cozy & comfortable. My wife and I had a

When we arrived, they told us our room had been overbooked. But they put
us up across the street the first night for free and upgraded us to a
suite the second night. Obviously not everyone can expect this to
happen, but it's a testament to the hotel's willingness to take
care of it's guests. Would definitely stay there again. Great
location, too.

The facilities were beautiful. I think possibly recently remodeled. I really appreciated the staff member letting me know where to park so the walk to the room was short. I would gladly stay here again if I was in the area. -
We stay here every Thanksgiving and I just like that it is very family oriented and cozy! Love the suites!
