My husband and I noticed your hotel's security - alert but discreet. We had an amazing, wonderful first trip to Chicago. The Hyatt Regency certainly was a big part of making our vacation so enjoyable. Chicago people are friendly, obviously proud of their city and eager to make visitors feel welcome.

  From the minute we pulled into the car port we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff that were not pushy in anyway. All they wanted to do was help us unload our luggage, park the car and point us in the right direction and once inside the front desk staff took over on the helpful, friendly atmosphere. Clean & modern hotel, cabs lined up outside to take you anywhere your little heart desires, friendly staff, and we booked through letsbookhotel.com and a received free parking bonus. I compared rates with another large booking company, and letsbookhotel.com was cheaper. I will definately book through them again!

  All I have to say is AMAZING!!! Best place we have ever stayed!! Staff were very friendly and answered all questions and concerned promptly! We stayed with 4 young children in a 2 bedroom apt, and it was fantastic! So much better than a regular hotel room! The decor was fabulous and the whole apt was super clean.. we even had 2 bathrooms which was... what people say » great with the kids! The views were breathe taking with the floor to ceiling windows!! Will definitely be back! Thank you bridgestreet for the fanta - The hotel was located at 'the loop', where everything happend in Chicago. It was great to have a train station just in front of the hotel. We were there during a cold weather with snow, and to run away from the cold, train is the best and cheapest way to visit the city. The apartment was very complete, for who will ahve a long stay it is perfect to cook and have cheaper meals. My husband and I had breakfast every day there and dinner at the the bars and restaurant close to the hotel.

  The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful with alot of nice "little touches" like scented candles lit in the lobby area at night. It is centrally located and very easy to get around. Concierge staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.   I received excellent service from the cleaning, dining and front desk staff. Each employee I met was kind and seemed to enjoy helping me. The room was cozy and when I arrived early tired from my flight I was allowed to check into my room early. I was also able to stow my bag in a secure room after checkout time.
