Location was great, we didn't realize how close the Inn was to the road to Hana, this was a great plus. Sandy was a great host and it was nice to meet other travellers staying at the Inn. Side note - unlike most hotels it was very very dark and quiet at night, this made for a restful night's sleep!

  Upon arriving, we parked in the spot labeled Pineapple. Toby was working in his "man cave" and came out to greet us immediately. He showed us around the lower level facilities including the hoses to rinse off sand; the beach chairs, snorkel gear and coolers we could use for our stay (even sunscreen), and the outdoor shower and hot tub.   EVERYTHING!! the cottage was extremely quaint, peaceful and private. it felt very homey and comfortable. landscape surrounding the cottages was quite magical. though it's near the main road, it wasn't noisy. the gardens were lush and green. She was very generous with her time, information about the area and booked a lava walk tour for us.   Another wonderful stay! Also this year I stayed 4 days in Garden Gate B&B. I fully confirm my previous reviews. An outstanding B&B. The owners, Steve and his wife Jeri, were very friendly and very helpfull giving advise on places to visit or dine and always willing to help you with your every need . Room was spacious, clean, comfortable - We stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. The first room was the cheap basic room. That one was tiny but had all the amenities we needed. The second room was the private studio downstairs and was amazing with a kitchen, living room, and great amenities. I believe the price difference isn't too great between the rooms so I def would suggest the studio if you plan on being in your room a lot.
