As a mom traveling with 2 children, we REALLY enjoyed our stay at The Baron Hotel. Dwight, the front desk wizard, was friendly, helpful, and so great with the kids. The location is in a very safe area which is easily accessible from public transit. It is an older hotel, but this added to its charm rather than detract from it. I had read some negative reviews before our trip , but decided to take a
chance. Very glad we did. The staff was very helpful , the room was
clean and neat and with vintage charm. The staff at the
restaurant/bar were so nice , gave us ice in our cooler every time
we needed with no problem at all. Loved the 4 days we spent there. Would
stay again in a heartbeat! As for having no elevator, it is only 4
stories high, no big deal at all people!! Maybe count it as your daily
