  Myself, my wife and our two teenage kids, 16 and 13, stayed at the Lonesome Dove on our two weeks holiday to the States. Everything good that has been said before is all absolutely true. I have never stayed anywhere in the world where I have felt so at home so quickly. Ruth and Leo are the nicest people I have ever stayed with. The rooms were fabu... what people say » lous. We had the suite and the kids had the Lily room. Alright, the décor may not be Soho boutique hotel but that’s a good thing. What you get is a sl - Lonesome Dove Bed and Breakfast is the perfect get away location. Ruth and Leo are the perfect hosts and make you feel at home the minute you walk in the door. I would recommend and re-stay here over and over. Breakfast was quaint and we enjoyed taking with the other quests. Our bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom was priceless, it truly captured a photo of wonderful fall NE weather.

  It´s not just great because of the lovely house, the good bed, the beautiful veranda and the stunning bath but because mainly because of Tom, the wonderful host! Tom cooks a wonderful individuel breaksfast, don´t miss out on it. You don´t know what to do? He helps and explains everything there is around. Beautifully appointed in a country/Victorian style. Tom the owner is just the nicest, most accomodating guy..
