  This was a convenient location for us. It was quick access to the I91 to go upstate, and easy access to downtown New Haven. Being next to Sleeping Giant was also a bonus as it provided a good location to get a run away from the traffic. We had a very large room we King Size bed that was very comfortable. I always thought this motel looked a little... what people say » scruffy when I used to drive past it, but staying there the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay but not as good as the Days Inn at M - Days Inn is in a beautiful wooded low-moutainy area in Connecticut; it's in a town but hardly even feels like it. The place was just fine - hardly four-star but things were neat and clean and worked, staff were fine, and breakfast was quite good considering the cost of the room.

  I liked my room but would have liked an extra blanket. Also the toilet was wobbly and when I told the staff and asked for a discount he said I prepaid so there was nothing he could do.   The staff was very nice to deal with. Very friendly! The room was clean. The noise was normal. We would stay there again when the opportunity rises.   Everything was fine. I ate at the Dakota,right out front, Justin, the General Manager was very helpful , friendly and informative. The room was comfortable and quiet. - The room itself was very comfortable yet smaller than other Super 8 rooms in other places where I have stayed.
