  The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. The pool was clean and we all had a great time but it would... what people say » have been more enjoyable if the rooms were up to date. - The Friendly, accommodating,efficient Staff. The hotel is high Class. The Breakfast options, the Lounge and Restaurant combination. The Rooms are spacious and well appointed.It is a very comfortable place to stay.

  I loved the experiene of staying at a casino for the first time. I loved that there were smoke free casinos available. The food at the hard rock was delicious. The room was quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

  The Spa was great and staff very pleasant and accomodating. Also had lunch in the grill area. Staff there were very nice as well. Front desk staff were exceptional as well. - Amenities convince and close to casino's and RI beaches

  The staff was excellent and friendly. The hotel was nicely designed and impeccably clean. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I would definitely stay again. - Restaurant It was close to us Coast Guard Academy where we were visiting

  The setting could not be more beautiful. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very lovely. The public spaces are sumptuous and elegantly appointed. The rooms while extremely basic, and more like a well designed motel than a resort still had the finest textiles. Thick towels and pillow top beds with high count sheets. It's quite a steep walk ... what people say » up from the beach but for anyone who wishes they will send a golf cart driven by attractive young staff to make the journey easy! - The waiter for our dinner was great. We wanted something that was not on the menu and they accommodated us very nicely. we we running short on time as we were going to an event a few miles away and when we told him this he brought us the bill immediately. He could not have been nicer!!!

  I liked mostly everything. The substantial breakfast each am, the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff members, the comfortable beds. I liked how the tile went part of the way into the room and ended by the closet so that u cld take your shoes off without trucking dirt from outside onto the carpet. I really like the water pressure and the fac... what people say » t there were two shower heads -bonus!! - Un-fortunatly when we arrived we could not see the lobby for Sala Dancers, their friends parents etc. There was a lot of noise in the corridors but the staff stopped that & the manager was incredible kind to us.........
