The facade of the facility is very beautiful but the rooms need updating. The room I stayed in seemed a bit run down. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom's faucets and shower faucets were all rusted and dirty looking like cleaning solution was placed on them but they were never cleaned. I stayed at their first property in Stratford, Connecticut. The suite was very clean and my dog and I were treated well.
I later stayed at the Milford property. I have gotten to know their wonderful staff. My room was / is 5 star There are so many parts that I have to say well done to the entire house staff. I will be back very soon. -

... what people say » here on two occasions over 2 weeks. Both times the staff and service were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size, very clean and well equipped. We used both the bar for drinks/dinner and the restaurant for breakfast - all were excellent quality and good value for money.
