I liked the coziness of the Inn. The room was very nice and my window overlooked the Main Street which was very quaint. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very nice. -
Location ideal for an academic visit to Wesleyan.
Good access to downtown shops and restaurants.
Dining room remained open past 10 pm, which was a big help.

The hotel was huge and very nicely decorated, both in the reception area
and in the rooms. There were actual birds in the lobby, not sure if they
were supposed to be there or squatting, but I thought they were cute.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to get a cab and
get to downtown Stamford for dinner and drinks. -

We were able to get a room with two beds and a pull-out sofa to accommodate us and our two young children complete with breakfast at a very reasonable rate. It was also a very visually appealing hotel. The breakfast was both hot and cold and had plenty of options with protein as well as food for kids with allergies.
