  great location, very affordable and staff went out of their way to get us discounts at elitches and recomended great spots for us to dine and have fun. very friendly. - The Location was great. You can walk to just about anything. Great view. CHEAP. Surprisingly quiet.

  Our heater in our room did not work and they tried quickly to repair it but were unsuccessful.. We were moved to a bigger/better room. Way to go staff!! - What a great value for the money, I stayed at an upscale resort and it didn't even have free wi-fi or breakfast!! I will always stay at a supper 8.

  Typical Best Western quality. Spacious, clean, well appointed bedroom, basin separate from bathroom which is always a plus. Above average breakfast without the bacon and eggs, although hard boiled of the latter are available. Whilst on the edge of town, the supermarket is directly opposite and a free shuttle right to the railway station at the oth... what people say » er end of town is available from the supermarket. Can also walk along the river through the park into town - The staff was very friendly & helpful telling us about shuttle to downtown Durango & also good suggestions for places to eat. Also very good ideas on where to hike-really appreciated this info. It was also very clean & comfortable.

  We stayed here one night, and although our experience was OK, we'd probably not stay here again. The rooms were a little out-dated, but clean. The shower's walls had some terrible pink marble design that looked like someone had smeared blood all over, so we didn't use the shower (too creepy). My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but it was very busy... what people say » and very noisy. The breakfast was OK, but had to ask to have several things refilled, as it didn't appear that anyone was checking on it. - The friendly and helpful staff and motel was very easy to det to from Hyh 25 and easy to navigate to and from.
