  The staff is so welcoming and accomodating - honestly - treated everyone the same. We felt like we belonged there - even though we just came down for the night from Denver (to get out of Denver!) on a deal. Im pregnant and had a massive headache and the staff brought me up a choice of advil or tylenol around 4:30am when I just couldn't take it any... what people say » more. I was expecting to pay $50 or so for it, but it was on the house. Pleasantly suprised! Such nice people. - I have never been more pleasantly surprised by a hotel Experience in my life. We were treated like royalty from the minute we checked in. The staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. The food was excellent the shopping fun and the added treat of the on site movie theatre just made for a truly remarkable stay. Thanks

The food in the morning was better than most places, and the hotel was conveniently located near great shops and restaurants. - Great breakfast and having coffee/tea available in lobby at all times.   The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is ... what people say » great and the wine list extensive. We chose a wine from Colorado, with the sommelier's help, and it proved to be great. - The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees). This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an excellent restaurant(s).

  Fantastic place, Big rooms, Nice décor, Nice touch with the Open free food and drink reception for a couple of hours and nice easy location close to where you need to be down town - The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very modern and stylish. There was a free breakfast and dinner (!) including wine Mon - Thurs.
