  Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were great really helpful. Excellent facilities including a free laundry and well equipped gym. Staff were also very tolerant and helpful after I lost my credit card (I'm from overseas) so very happy with the customer service. - I was there for a wedding and everything was in walking distance.

  All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available.   best thing is that they had air port transfers. Very nice for ppl who want to stay closer to downtown. Downtown was just 7 miles from here and you can ask for a taxi to the hotel staff - The staff were very friendly,the room were nice and clean we had no problem sleeping.we hope to come again soon.

Amazed - it seemed that when I was coming and going, if an employee was within 10 feet of the door, they would stop what they were doing and hold the door for us. - Room comfortable and clean!   We had some car trouble and it was looking like we were going to be stranded in Craig!! The hotels maintenance man was a life saver. He came back after his shift with tools and helped us fix the truck. I am blown away by his generosity and kindness! - staff was helpful, considerate, accurate and efficient.

  I stayed the night of 8/5. The frontal desk lady was absolutely amazing. She was friendly and went out of her way to make me comfortable. The room was very nice and the cleanest room of 7 I stayed in on this trip. The lady on shift the next morning was also friendly and hardworking.
