  Everything is great - although I feel it's a bit pricey we continue to stay with you because of the staff, the cleanliness etc, oh the free breakfast is also a plus. Thank you! - I liked that they have breakfast in the mornings and a bar/lounge at night. That is uncommon for a town this size and makes it great for socializing.

  Never having been to a Bed and Breakfast before we were a little apprehensive, but Bob & Sue were very friendly and we even found we had acquaintance's in common. When I looked at a bear quilt they had and saw a woman I knew from our home town, I felt right at home.   My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice place to stay our first time in steamboat. Not only is it in a nice location, right at the end of downtown, but it has a nice appearance on the outside. The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful and gave us great suggestions on the tourist spots to hit. There was also a very nice breakfast sprea... what people say » d each morning! The rooms did seem a little stuffy when first walking in but turning on the AC or opening windows did the trick! The room itself was v - This place is incredible. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The facility is nothing luxurious, but it was clean and comfortable. Nice flat screen TV. The hot tub in an enclosed room with large glass windows and a changing area. The location is incredibly convenient, close to restaurants and with a bus stop for the free shuttle right across the street. The free breakfast also had a great selection.

  It was good enough. Nothing overly great and nothing terrible to complain about. The beds and the breakfast were decent. The room was clean enough. It was good for the price. - Breakfast staff very nice. Front desk helpful with dinner recommendations.
