You are great with having complimentary access to wifi and internet with a printer - was convenient and stress free to print amendments to my travels.   Clean, nice well-kept and fairly new. Staff was great; we missed breakfast by 1/2 an hour but the staff let us brown bag some breakfast to go. Right off of the major highway (I-40) so good location. - Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast was good and centrally placed for getting about.

It's outside of the town, but the taxi isn't expensive (6$ for 2 people) and if you're going to a bar in town - the ride is free because bartender covers the bill.   Comforter looked and smelled clean. We always take it off of the bed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was satisfactory. Curtains kept room dark in the morning. - Loved the rooms and how close the hotel was to the mall. Lots of restaurants around the hotel to pick from. Loved the pool area!

  The rooms were clean and modern. Also, I loved that you could purchase snacks in the sundry shop..I have a teenager who is constantly hungry and that was perfect!! - Room was very nice and clean and near shopping mall and restaurants.   The best overall friendly staff I've encountered in recent travels. Helpful and pleasant with being obsequious. Other than "live dinner music levels"*, a very quiet place to stay, even though "pet friendly". The management might want to survey guests to see if the dinner music is as much a "value added" factor as they think. Clean ,comfortable and very diligent chambermaid (Julissa). Bellhops and valet parkers were exceptionally polite and attentive and the driver of the shuttle service to downtown/ uptown Oak Creek Brewhouse was courteous, pleasant and an informed (his name was the Dutch word for 'scholar' and sounded like Scheeler, but that is probably an approximation.
