It was totally worth the money paid for and had excellent and friendly staff as well as hotel room was beautiful and loved the Location <3 - For what I used the hotel for, it surpassed my expectations, the reviews I read are very harsh, this hotel is a place I plan on staying at again.   Excellent staff. Initially had a problem with shuttle taking almost 40 minutes. I had called the day before because I had read so many negatives about their shuttle.   Awesome stay! Very clean! Everything from the food to the staff and the rooms were perfect. The manager was so helpful as I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with an intimate dinner. He arranged to get me a table cloth, candles, gave us free complimentary drinks, set me up with a flower shop, and helped me with dinner arrangements for our room.   I stayed at Sleep Inn for one night before I took and international flight. The staff was very courteous through my whole process. They made sure that I did not miss the shuttle and that I was in a secure area since I was traveling alone.
