LOVE IT!! Gotta say Budget Friendly, was very nice... price was great for what we wanted, visit family & friends. Cute gazebo had the opportunity for friends to come. Breakfast included, not bad!! Would stay again!. I enjoyed the breakfast included in the booking fee bill and the free internet. Strategic location with easy access to transport. This hotel is very inexpensive for the NY area, and there are very few things to complain about.

Friendly staff, location close to the metro station, area. Clean and modern Cheap for new york. The staff responsible for the restaurant are respectable and kind. Good presentation. Nothing!the young lady at reception is helpful .she let me check in earlier. Nothing. Longer Curtains! and insulation on walls, must be a re-do it makes the wall paper fall off!. the rooms are a bit small. Parking is tight. We check the bed sheets and it was a stain on the sheets. Breakfast could be different we stayed for 10 days so we got fed up eating the same. The location was further from the subway than advertised, the towels were clean but scratchy, and the breakfast was minimal. Heater was blowing cool air. Blanket was not good . Location is not good, its far from metro and Manhattan. There are not nearly enough blankets on the beds. We were freezing both nights that we stayed there. The smell in the room. No refrigerator in rooms. Price is high for the facilities. Breakfast poor and grumpy staff not made to feel welcome and awkward. The front desk attention was not good, take too much time to get room and very confused about the resrvation. No good wellcome Staff in the main reception aee so bad in dealing with guest They are nit helpfull at all. Even they dont now how to say goodbay. Didn't have fridge and microwave. It was very loud in the room during the night. Some nights it was cold. They need fridge,microwave in room, coffee N teapot and more cable station room was not clean found condom on floor.I paid $240 .00 on letsbookhotel.com when I get there I paid $282.00....I need to get a refund. Location .its my first time in nyc. Didn't have any idea about the city . If I'm visitng next time ill never stay in queens .its bad dodgy area in the middle of a ghetto .I didn't feel safe walking at night u feel u r in other country!. I think The hotel is overpriced .there is train station close by take the street behind the hotel and walk to the asian market. The Staff were not Friendly and The Wifi there sucks big time.The Rooms are to small and are very Pricey. The walls are thin so you can hear conversations from both sides. The hotel is two street lanes from the train so it's noisy and the room quakes every 7 minutes when a train goes by. This includes the bed. The blanket and bedsheets had brown stains the size of golf balls. I slept on top of my own blanket because it was so gross.
